Job Title : GTM Automation Engineer (Outbound & Enrichment Focus)

Location : Remote – Latin America Preferred

We are seeking a skilled GTM Automation Engineer with deep expertise in outbound automation and data enrichment using Clay. You will play a key role in building and optimizing lead-generation pipelines that power our Sales, Marketing, and Recruiting teams. Your work will directly impact prospecting efficiency, outreach performance, and overall pipeline quality.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale Clay-based enrichment pipelines to generate high-quality outbound leads
• Design automated GTM workflows in n8n that connect Clay, Dripify, and CRMs (Recruiterflow, HubSpot)
• Integrate Clay outputs with Dripify sequences to enable personalized, scalable outreach
• Use Apify actors for supplemental web scraping when Clay data is incomplete or unavailable
• Monitor outreach performance (open rates, reply rates, conversion) with custom dashboards and alerts
• Continuously test and refine workflows to boost deliverability and engagement
• Troubleshoot and resolve failures across enrichment and delivery processes
• Implement robust data validation, error handling, and retry logic
• Document workflows and create clear runbooks for cross-functional teams
• Train Sales and Recruiting staff on how to leverage automated outbound systems effectively
