At ROADIS, we are looking for a new teammate to join our Investment Team in Colombia. The central competencies and responsibilities will focus on deal sourcing and relationship building, financial modeling, investment analysis, deal execution, preparation of investment recommendations, presentations, and other strategic tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Sourcing & Origination – Lead market analysis, identify opportunities, and engage in network building.
- Transaction Strategy & Execution – Oversee qualification and structuring of deals, assessing country risk, development feasibility, funding, and competitive positioning
- Due Diligence Coordination – Manage financial, legal, tax, and technical due diligence, collaborating with internal teams and external advisors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with legal, finance, technical, insurance, and IT teams to ensure comprehensive risk assessment.
- Financial Modeling & Valuation – Hands-on expertise in financial modeling valuation metrics, and investment feasibility.
- Investment Documentation & Budgeting – Prepare reports for Investment Committees at ROADIS and PSP level, supporting transaction budgeting and execution.
- Preparation & Negotiation of Transaction Documents – With the support the legal team, take a prominent role in SPA, SHA, and other agreement negotiations.
- Advisor Selection – Working with functional teams, identify and engage the most suitable advisors for each transaction process.
About You
Bachelor’s or MSc in Civil Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA or CFA preferred).10+ years of relevant experience in M&A, Investments, Valuation, and Financial Modeling, ideally within the infrastructure sector.Advanced English proficiency.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.High level of personal and professional integrity, attention to detail, and teamwork.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across teams in high-pressure environments.What We Offer
