Head of Sales, Colombia - Global Business Solutions

TikTok Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia

Responsibilities

  • 10+ years of work experience in media sales role with knowledge in digital performance marketing and ad metrics from tech-driven companies or media platforms
  • Sales track record or experience in brand client side or understanding of branding ad / full funnel marketing
  • 3+ years of team and people management experience
  • Deep understanding of ad tech partners\' structure, economics, processes, roles, clients etc. and have a genuine passion for business with strong network within fashion and / or finance industry
  • Leadership skills – strong point of view with the ability to navigate clients, tech partners, and leverage existing relationships as well as building / fostering new relationships in a matrix organization
  • Ability to lead, plan and manage extensive advertising budgets & campaigns
  • Business Proficient in Spanish and English (due to the business requirement in-region)

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications :
  • Years of direct experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand marketing
  • Business Proficient in Spanish & English (due to the business requirement in-region)
  • Experience managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives
  • Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies
  • Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation channels
  • Experience managing individual contributors of varying experience
  • Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Preferred Qualifications :
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
  • Digital marketing experience, ideally with a background in media
  • A fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp product knowledge, and a strong foundation in numerical analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive sales growth
