Job Description
- The Manager of the Latin America and Caribbean Shared Services leads by example, ensuring the company sources quality and affordable products and services in a timely manner. As a key team member of the Sourcing Shared Services team, you will support business partners through the procurement of goods and services for facilities, human resources, marketing, technology, and professional services. You will have accountability to deliver against department and functional goals and must bring a strong sense of urgency and the ability to succinctly frame issues and alternatives to drive decisions forward.
- Liaise with business units to determine their product and service needs.
- Perform all procurement activities including pre‑qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparing contracts, and managing proposals.
- Review existing contracts with suppliers and negotiate amendments as needed to remain compliant with corporate policies.
- Lead and mentor a team, delegating tasks and supervising the work of other Purchasing analysts within your category.
- Identify areas for process improvement to continually drive performance and business results.
- Work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced and demanding environment.

- This is a hybrid position; the expected number of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and professional accreditation in sourcing or procurement.Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese fluency desired.5‑7 years of progressively responsible experience as a sourcing and / or procurement professional, preferably with a major financial institution or payment card company.Extensive experience with contract negotiations and drafting (Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements, SaaS, Software License Agreements).Ability to identify contractual risks, rights and obligations.In‑depth knowledge of procurement policies and procedures and application to transaction processing (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, bidding, RFPs).Strong multitasking and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Strong relationship management and communication skills at all levels of management.Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with use of Power BI, Excel, Tableau.Exceptional talent in negotiating and networking.Proficiency in purchasing systems (Ariba, S2C, P2P).Additional Information
