We are expanding our team with a new RFP & Partnerships Specialist — a unique role that combines opportunity research with relationship building to drive our growth and 2026 strategy forward.

What You’ll Do

• Research and track RFPs across federal, state, local, and higher-ed procurement portals.
• Qualify opportunities and prepare summaries for executive review.
• Make outbound phone calls to potential partners, procurement officials, and other key contacts.
• Identify and cultivate new private-sector partners, primes, and niche firms.
• Support teaming agreements and business development outreach.
• Provide research and insights that expand Quantam’s GovFlex reach and subcontracting network.
• Communicate effectively through email, phone, and written reports.
• Represent Quantam at occasional conferences, partner meetings, and industry events.
