Position Overview
We are looking for a high-performing
Virtual Sales Specialist who thrives in a remote environment and has a passion for closing deals. You will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting leads into clients, as well as maintaining relationships for long-term sales growth. A strong focus on
cold calling and outbound prospecting is essential for success in this role.

2+ years of experience in sales / business development, preferably in remote or B2B environments Proven experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results-driven Technically savvy : comfortable with virtual tools, email automation, video calls Organized, disciplined, able to manage pipeline and multitask Experience in virtual / remote work setups is a plus Resilience and persistence when handling objections and rejections
