About The Role

The Senior Specialist Consultant – AI combines AI architecture expertise with hands-on ML engineering to design and implement advanced AI solutions. You will lead the deployment and integration of machine learning models, bridge technical execution with business strategy, and provide guidance to both clients and internal teams. This role requires not only technical depth but also project leadership, including guiding junior consultants, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring end-to-end alignment between business objectives and AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

AI Solution Implementation

• Design end-to-end AI solutions aligned with business needs.
• Integrate AI systems into client operations and existing infrastructures.
• Document detailed technical architectures and solution blueprints.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage machine learning models in production.
• Implement MLOps practices to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Optimize models for performance, cost-efficiency, and business impact.
