The Role
Your role in our journey : If you light up at design that’s human, helpful and genuinely delightful, you’ll fit right in at Jane. We’re looking for an Art Director who brings all that to our growing team to lead the next evolution of our brand. You’ll be the kind of creative lead who rolls up their sleeves, pushes pixels, crafts visuals, and builds systems, while lifting others up through mentorship and collaboration.
You’ll work closely with the design team, marketing colleagues, and cross-functional partners to evolve and elevate the Jane brand. Your work will touch campaigns, web experiences, social, and anything else that tells the Jane story, with a focus on human, helpful, and delightful creative.

At Jane, we’re committed to paying fairly, clearly, and above all, paying for growth. This role has an annual salary range of $94,400 to $147,500 . While that is a large range, it is intentional and reflects the growth journey someone might take in the role. Most new hires join at the accomplished stage, which for this role represents an annual salary of $112,100 . A starting salary below this typically indicates a candidate with strong potential who is still developing key skills. Salaries above this usually apply to existing team members who have made a significant impact and bring deep Jane-specific knowledge.
