Responsibilities
KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Email creative for marketing emails.
- Primarily production design of content and visuals within templated email campaigns, with some opportunity to participate in conceptual design for modifying and optimizing the current campaign templates.
- Interpreting briefs and requirements to deliver creative ideas and visuals aligned to a creative strategy, raising the bar on creativity using storytelling to drive action
- Participate in all phases of creative work, from concept through production and final hand-off
- Senior creative thinking during brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and project kick-off meetings
- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs, and mockups to visualize ideas
- Senior projects and search for new project ideas
- Direct the creative team in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style across all final assets
- Be a team player with strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Be able to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders
- Being at the top of the trends and inspire the team to acquire knowledge and break the boundaries of conceptual and technical skills

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS :
7+ years of experience as an Art DirectorAdvanced English Level (B2 minimum)Proven working experience as Art Director for at least 5 yearsHave led teams and directed projectsManagement experience of a staff and mentoring junior creatives of at least 3 yearsDemonstrated ability to senior and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop fresh and effective ideasMust have a portfolio of professional projects that shows graphic design and conceptualization skills on 360 campaignsTeam player with strong communication and presentation skillsDetail-orientedGuide, influence, and motivate othersStay on top of all trends and maintain best practicesTools : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Firefly, Figma, Office Suite, Keynote#J-18808-Ljbffr
