About the Role

We're looking for a Product Excellence Lead to set the standard for how Mastercard develops, launches, and commercializes products in Latin America.

This is a high-visibility, strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution discipline and executive influence. You'll be the guardian of readiness and speed, orchestrating cross-functional teams across the entire product lifecycle. You'll also be the regional voice in global product forums, ensuring Latin America's priorities shape Mastercard's global roadmap.

What You'll Do

1. Run the Lifecycle – Own the process from concept to commercialization, empowered to recommend “go” or “not yet” at every stage.

2. Influence and Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Partner across sales, product, legal, and delivery to line up pilots, capture structured feedback, and drive accountability.

3. Give Executives Clarity – Manage the product portfolio view, turning data into insights that enable faster, smarter decisions.

4. Be the Regional Voice – Represent Latin America in global governance, embedding local realities into global processes.

5. Continuously Raise the Bar – Identify bottlenecks, redesign processes, and push the region to move faster and better.
