What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with BU leadership to develop a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
- Serve as a Business Partner with Live Casino Operations management to ensure scalable success across multiple sites.
- Lead performance management and employee relations strategy, advising managers on motivation, appraisals, feedback, and disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Coach, develop and advise managers to enable them to undertake their people management roles and embed leadership behaviors.
- Upskill people managers by supporting the implementation of recruitment strategy, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, engagement and employee relations.
- Drive ARRISE Values “PRO” throughout the team, aligning with the business to deliver a productive and engaged workforce.
- Define L&D approach, identify training needs and develop relevant L&D initiatives.
What We Need From You
Strong partnering experience demonstrated through solid commercial understanding.Ability to build relationships and influence in a complex environment at different levels of the organization.Ability to process information quickly and make decisions based on your own research.Experience working with leadership teams and implementing people strategy linked to business goals and KPIs.Culturally sensitive with the ability to work with global, regional, and local partners at all levels.Ability to think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to get things done.Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.Comfort with leading or influencing processes and decisions.Analytically minded with attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.Details
