AI Automations Specialist

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly skilled AI Automations Specialist with expertise in business process optimization and a proven ability to leverage AI tools to streamline operations. This role is ideal for a strategic, forward-thinking professional who can identify opportunities for efficiency, implement solutions, and help drive the companys growth. As an EA, you will design, implement, and oversee systems that create more time, reduce bottlenecks, and scale operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess current workflows, processes, and tools to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities for AI automation and process improvement.

Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions).

Research and recommend AI tools and automation platforms that are suited to a business's specific needs.

Create easy-to-follow documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitor implemented automations to measure results and identify improvement areas.

Handle one-off automation or AI integration requests outside the main project scope.

Requirements

Working Hours :

Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m- 5 p.m Pacific Tim

Pay : $350 per month + $30 Allowance per month
