Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of biomedical equipment.
• Perform technical visits across the country and interact with external and internal customers (sales and marketing) to ensure a smooth service flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to install, service and support biomedical devices of Class II, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and manage documentation; oversee inventories and spare parts control.
• Provide technical advice and customer support; maintain organized records and compliant processes.
• Proactively identify issues and contribute to process improvements; communicate effectively with clients and teammates.
• Travel up to 40% as required; work primarily on-site at Solventum Colombia and on-site service locations.

Job Details

Location : On-site (Solventum Colombia, Autopista Norte # 108 – 27 Torre 3. Piso 16) with availability to travel to the Service Center in Bogotá area (Terminals Logísticas de Colombia, QRGR+69, Bogotá - Tenjo, Cota, Cundinamarca) 2-3 times per week. Travel : 40%. Relocation assistance : No. Must be legally authorized to work in the destination country without a work visa.
