In this supporting Client Finance position at Monks, you are a trusted finance expert supporting one or more Account Leads and a Client Finance Lead. You will develop an understanding of the client team’s business priorities, drive continuous financial improvements and maintain billing & reporting accuracy for the business. This role partners across the global finance and operations teams as an advocate for process and an integrator of teams. You will be a liaison between regional invoicing teams and your client team, reporting into a Client Finance Lead supporting North America business.

In This Role You Will

• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and close to guide strategic and tactical decision making
• Engage in activities such as MSA / SOW contract reviewing, client invoicing, project financial tracking, employee utilization tracking, vendor management and reconciliation, variance commentary writing, margin analysis, and completing client / internal reporting templates
• Analyze information and deliver insights to make initiatives more efficient and effective
• Support key account leaders through analytics, reporting, and regular meetings
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
• Accurately track actual versus forecasted expenses
• Be a finance and operations system expert
