BA Global Talent is seeking an Administrative Support professional in Latin America —someone who thrives on organization, precision, and reliability.  In this role, you will be a key player in delivering excellent client service, managing compliance workflows, and helping customers navigate the platform. You’ll monitor filing deadlines, track payments, ensure tasks are completed on time, and provide responsive support via email and chat.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform data entry and manual data transfers with high accuracy.
  • Assist customers with questions related to compliance filings, payment processes, and system navigation.
  • Guide new users through onboarding and platform orientation.
  • Monitor tasks and filing milestones to ensure compliance deadlines are met.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to ensure information is complete and filings stay on track.
  • Track and follow up on payment activity, coordinating with the team when needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of client activity and status updates in internal systems.
  • Identify and resolve routine administrative or operational issues efficiently and independently.
  • Provide kind, helpful, and professional support that builds customer confidence.
  • Contribute to process improvement and help optimize client experience.

Qualifications :

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Prior experience in administrative, client support, or operations roles.
  • Experience working remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with software systems and able to learn new tools quickly.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Background in compliance, transactional paralegal, or law-related fields.
  • Comfortable with software systems and able to learn new tools quickly.
  • Time Zone : Eastern Time

    Schedule :   9 AM – 5 PM
