Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for the region, monitoring key metrics (Revenue, Profit, ROI, Margin).
• Identify and drive cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage and evaluate investments across various marketing and operational channels.
• Develop a deep understanding of the local business model and ensure its accurate reflection in the management accounting structure.
• Collaborate closely with local and HQ teams to provide financial insights and guidance.
