Job Highlights :

• Contract type : Independent Contractor
• Schedule : Monday to Friday from 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM Eastern (7 hours per day, 35 hours per week with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to welcoming and activating new partners, guiding them through a structured onboarding process with professionalism, consistency, and energy. The first 1–2 months will be full-time training to ensure you learn our systems, scripts, and processes in depth. After training, the schedule transitions to flexible hours, tied to the number of onboarding calls booked. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, repetition, and high-volume interaction—you’ll be handling multiple calls per day, back-to-back, and helping every new partner feel confident joining our platform.

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Requirements

Requirements Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Clear, professional communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent are preferred. Prior experience in onboarding, customer support, call centers, training, or other high-volume call roles. High energy and ability to maintain focus through repetitive daily tasks. Comfortable using phone and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under time pressure. Strong ability to learn, memorize, and deliver scripts with consistency. What We’re Looking For : Someone who enjoys routine and repetition—doing the same process each day with excellence. A candidate with the engine and stamina to handle multiple calls per day, maintaining energy and professionalism. Quick learner, eager to grow, and comfortable being coached to success.
