adidas GBS delivers high-quality services for Finance and Accounting. In Bogotá, we are opening a new GBS center to serve the LAM countries with various processes.
Credit and Collections are responsible for :
- Performing daily activities such as Dunning, Collection, Dispute management, and Credit Management.
- Supporting projects including process standardization, tool implementation, and other ad hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities :
Handle a medium-sized customer portfolio.Ensure timely collection of receivables by collaborating with customers and finance teams, resolving non-payment issues.Follow up on overdue invoices with customers, collection agencies, and end consumers to drive collections.Manage customer relationships and escalate issues as needed.Assess and review customer credit risk regularly, recommending credit limits.Decide on releasing blocked orders and ensure timely processing.Provide insights on the accounts receivable status to sales and finance teams.Manage relationships with customer service and other stakeholders.Identify and support the implementation of improvement opportunities.Minimize uncollectible balances and support the calculation of provisions for bad debts.Support technology implementation projects and partner requests from finance.Maintain strong financial controls over work performed.Key Relationships :
