We are seeking an experienced Dayforce HCM Core HR Consultant with a proven track record supporting enterprise organizations. This role requires someone who can configure, optimize, and deploy scalable Core HR solutions while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and user adoption. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Dayforce Core HR and understands the complexities of modern workforce operations across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Dayforce HCM Implementation & Optimization

• Lead or support the design, configuration, and deployment of Dayforce Core HR functionality (employee records, organizational structure, positions, workflows, compliance rules, and security roles).
• Translate enterprise business requirements into Dayforce configuration, ensuring alignment with HR policies, regulatory standards, and organizational objectives.
• Configure and optimize business processes and data structures to support end-to-end HR operations.
