Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dayforce HCM Core HR Consultant with a proven track record supporting enterprise organizations. This role requires someone who can configure, optimize, and deploy scalable Core HR solutions while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and user adoption. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Dayforce Core HR and understands the complexities of modern workforce operations across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Dayforce HCM Implementation & Optimization
- Lead or support the design, configuration, and deployment of Dayforce Core HR functionality (employee records, organizational structure, positions, workflows, compliance rules, and security roles).
- Translate enterprise business requirements into Dayforce configuration, ensuring alignment with HR policies, regulatory standards, and organizational objectives.
- Configure and optimize business processes and data structures to support end-to-end HR operations.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT leaders to capture requirements, validate designs, and drive successful adoption of Dayforce.Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and testing sessions with stakeholders across business units.Support change management efforts through training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.System Governance & Support
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity across HR processes.Provide guidance on system upgrades, new Dayforce releases, and ongoing optimization opportunities.Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and deliver enhancements in a timely manner.Qualifications
Required
5+ years of Dayforce HCM configuration / implementation experience, with emphasis on Core HR.Hands-on expertise with HR processes including position management, employee data, compliance reporting, and organizational structure.Strong ability to facilitate discovery workshops, design sessions, and end-user training.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced, enterprise environments.Preferred
Dayforce certifications in Core HR or related modules (e.g., Payroll, Workforce Management, Benefits).Experience integrating Dayforce with ERP, payroll, or other HR technologies.Background in HR or IT consulting with exposure to organizational change management.Attributes That Set You Apart
