ROLE PURPOSE
The Vice President – Head of Digital Strategy will be responsible for defining and executing the company's end-to-end digital vision. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this role will lead the transformation of the organization into a digital-first telecom operator, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative digital strategies. This position requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in building digital growth engines, reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC), and delivering sustainable value through data-driven decision making.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Digital Strategy, Growth Marketing, or Transformation, preferably in telecom, fintech, or large-scale consumer businesses.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation at scale.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, funnel optimization, and customer lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated success in reducing CAC while scaling digital channels.
- Strong knowledge of AI, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Executive leadership experience with direct exposure to shareholders, boards, or investors.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
