Powered by the HALP (Human-Augmented LLM Processing) + KPU (Knowledge Process Unit) architecture, Maisa customers’ teams define Process Goals conversationally, and Digital Workers onboard like employees—learning roles, integrating with existing systems, and automating common tasks. Recognized by Gartner for large-scale production Agentic AI impact, global enterprises already run Maisa at scale with material improvements in cycle time, accuracy, and cost under strict security and compliance guardrails.

The Role

We’re seeking a VP of Sales - Spain as an individual contributor to drive sales and establish Maisa as the leader in Agentic AI Automation across Spain’s medium and large businesses. This is a hands-on sales role focused on hunting, prospecting, and closing enterprise deals. You’ll be our primary sales executive in Spain, responsible for the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature with Global 2000 companies and substantial Spanish businesses.

Location : Remote anywhere in Spain, with up to 50% travel required

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales Execution :
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts across Spain
  • Hunt and prospect new enterprise opportunities using existing network and rolodex
  • N avigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes at C-suite level
  • Lead negotiations for large-scale Agentic AI implementations ($500K+ deals)
  • Drive deal closure through executive presentations and technical demonstrations
  • Account Development :
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives at Spanish enterprises
  • Develop deep understanding of customer business processes and automation needs
  • Coordinate with pre-sales solutions consultants for technical demonstrations
  • Manage complex procurement processes in regulated industries
  • Create and execute account penetration strategies for target enterprises
  • Market Development :
  • Establish Maisa’s presence in the Spanish enterprise market
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities
  • Participate in key industry events and conferences
  • Build relationships with system integrators and consulting partners
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
  • Pipeline Management :
  • Maintain robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
  • Accurate forecasting and CRM management
  • Collaborate with marketing on account-based marketing initiatives
  • Work with SDR team to identify and qualify inbound leads

Required Qualifications

Essential Requirements :

  • Native Spanish speaker with advanced English proficiency
  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience as Senior Account Executive or VP
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota ($3M+ annual quotas)
  • Established network / rolodex within Spanish enterprise market
  • Track record of closing complex, 6-figure deals with enterprise sales cycles
  • Sales Skills :

  • Strong executive presence and C-suite communication skills
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise procurement processes and large account pursuits
  • Highly Desired Qualifications :

  • Experience with AI / automation platforms or emerging enterprise technologies
  • Previous startup experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
  • Existing relationships with Spanish Global 2000 enterprises
  • Experience with cloud marketplace sales
  • Background in process automation, workflow solutions, or RPA platforms
