AWS Technical Architect

AWS Technical Architect (Bogota, Colombia)

We are seeking an experienced AWS Technical Architect on behalf of one of our international clients, a leader in customer experience and cloud-based solutions. This individual will play a strategic role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures—particularly focused on Amazon Connect and contact center technologies .

The AWS Technical Architect will work directly with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define solutions, guide implementations, and ensure technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle. This is a remote position with collaboration across global teams and projects.

Requirements

• Strong experience in AWS cloud architecture and services
• Hands-on scripting or coding with Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js
• Deep understanding of Amazon Connect architecture and Contact Flow Design
• Experience with Lambda , CloudFormation , Lex integration , and call routing
• Expertise in CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, CodeDeploy
• Experience building API integrations , especially with WFM, CRM, and contact center systems
• Knowledge of communications protocols such as WebRTC and SIP
• Strong presentation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to lead enterprise-level technical initiatives with minimal oversight
• Advanced English level (C1) – required for communication with international teams
