The primary responsibilities of the E-Commerce Operations Team Lead are to guide the warehouse operations team of 3–4 people, ensure ecommerce orders are delivered on time, and provide excellent customer service for Pandora customers.What You Will DoSupervises associates engaged in all operational activities, including inventory management, customer service and carrier communication on a day-to-day basisPromote excellent customer service by training junior staff, ensuring customer inquiries and complaints are handled in a professional and timely mannerPerforms operational activities including picking, packing and returns managementResponsible for team management including resource planning, operational productivity reporting and communicationMaintains an awareness of service level requirements and operational security best practicesKPIsStock management accuracyPicking and packing timeCustomer service satisfactionTeam management (employee NPS / retention of staff)More About YouExperience as a store manager, logistics, operations, warehouse, stock management or similarTeam Management experience is a mustSpanish and English fluentDid we get your attention?
