In Publicis Groupe / PXP - Bogotá, we are seeking a Finance Director with over 8 years of experience, ideally in the audiovisual production and / or advertising sectors. The mission of this role is to lead financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and organizational growth.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise accounting teams in Colombia and Costa Rica (3 analysts) to ensure accurate financial closings and group reporting.
• Coordinate internal audits to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
• Develop annual budgets, conduct regular reviews (Rolling Forecast), and provide financial projections.
• Analyze budget versus actual financial performance, identifying variances and recommending solutions.
• Conduct profitability analyses to guide the organization’s financial strategy.
• Oversee cash flow and working capital management to ensure financial stability.
• Reporting to Colombia CFO.
