About the team :

FP&A Mexico Supply is a strategic and dedicated team providing comprehensive financial partnership, driving analysis, robust forecasting, and precise reporting to optimize performance across our Tequila & Mezcal Plants.

About the role :

The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making for the Tequila & Mezcal Plants. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity and timeliness of month-end closes and reporting, leading continuous improvements in financial and operational processes, and proactively identifying insights that drive value.

Role Responsibilities :

Strategic Business Insight & Advisory :

• Serve as a subject matter authority in the market's Agricultural processes, proactively identifying and articulating key drivers that impact P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership, providing early warnings and driving mitigation strategies for risks and optimization opportunities
