What You’ll Do

• Process Oversight : Review, manage, and monitor the status of incoming procurement requests for designated categories, ensuring all documentation is complete and aligned with Veho's policies and standards.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Act as a central point of contact, working closely with Finance, Legal, Security, and Accounting teams to ensure timely review, approval, and execution of all vendor agreements.
• Contract Management : Maintain the company's contract repository by uploading all executed agreements, tagging essential metadata, and establishing automated renewal reminders to prevent service disruptions and missed opportunities.
• Strategic Sourcing : Lead and execute comprehensive sourcing events (RFx) for your assigned categories, driving market engagement and competitive bidding.
• Negotiation & Renewal : Manage vendor contract renewals and lead negotiations for new contracts, focusing on securing the most favorable business terms, pricing, and compliance for Veho.
• Cost Efficiency : Evaluate current spend within designated categories to proactively identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives, and closely monitor the pipeline of savings projects, providing regular progress updates to Finance.
