What you will be doing : Key responsibilities
This role is critical for ensuring the seamless, effective, and compliant execution of the global M365 migration across the Latin America region (LATAM).
- LATAM Migration Coordination : Act as the key regional coordinator and trusted local "hands" for the global M365 Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring all project activities are executed across LATAM (specifically Mexico, Brazil, and Spanish Latam) on time and within scope.
- Full Lifecycle Oversight : Support the end-to-end migration lifecycle for key services : Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, shared drives, sites, and user devices (laptops / mobile).
- Stakeholder and Vendor Liaison : Serve as the primary bridge and communication link between local LATAM teams, Digital Zone Leads, the Global Project Team, and the third-party implementation partner.
- Risk and Continuity Management : Identify, document, and proactively escalate potential technical and operational risks that could impact business continuity; develop and track necessary mitigation plans.
- Technical Activity Management : Oversee critical preparatory and execution tasks, including mapping of accesses, critical applications, dependencies, and the migration of shared resources and workflows.
- Performance Reporting and Governance : Elaborate and present clear, concise progress reports on execution, risks, and resource utilization to both local Digital Leads and Global IT Leadership.
- Business Alignment and Value : Translate strategic business needs into tangible project actions, ensuring the migration minimizes disruption and maximizes business value and adoption post-implementation.
- M365 Expertise and Guidance : Leverage subject-matter expertise in M365 to guide local teams on best practices and adoption strategies, ensuring high utilization of the new environment.
We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Tech Project Coordinator with a proven track record in major IT transformations, specifically within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Core Experience & Expertise
M365 Migration Leadership : Minimum 5 years of demonstrable IT Project Management experience, with a core focus on leading large-scale migration projects within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem or similar platforms.Deep M365 Technical Knowledge : Profound understanding of the full M365 stack, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, Intune (MDM), and security policies.Complex Project Management : Proven ability to manage project timelines, risks, KPIs, and deliverables in a high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.Multicultural Team Coordination : Experience coordinating and guiding cross-functional, technical, and multicultural teams in a global matrix environment.Project Governance : Hold a relevant Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).Critical Skills & Language
Advanced Communication : Superior communication skills required to effectively manage expectations, report progress to Global IT Leadership, and facilitate complex discussions with international stakeholders.Mandatory Language : Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English (advanced oral and written proficiency is essential).Problem-Solving : Strong aptitude for risk identification, documentation, and advanced problem resolution to ensure business continuity.Deliver the highest standards of quality on your projects

Regional Language : Intermediate or higher proficiency in Portuguese.Migration Specializations : Prior experience with technology separation projects (carve-outs) or migrations involving Zoom to Teams.Automation : Familiarity with workflow automation capabilities within the SharePoint / Power Platform environment.Microsoft Certifications : Relevant Microsoft certifications (MS-100, MS-101, MS-900, or similar).You have demonstrated success in your first 3+ years of career at a tier 1 consulting firm
