Estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional en Contaduría Pública, con tarjeta profesional vigente, responsable de los procesos financieros, contables y tributarios, brindando soporte a Colombia y los países de la Zona Sur. Este rol brindará apoyo directo al CFO Regional en la toma de decisiones estratégicas, la planificación fiscal y la gestión de riesgos, al tiempo que contribuirá a la eficiencia financiera regional y al cumplimiento normativo tanto local como corporativo.

Responsibilities

• Supervisar y gestionar las operaciones contables, incluyendo activos fijos, conciliaciones contables y transacciones intercompañía en Colombia y otros países de la Zona Sur.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas contables locales, US GAAP y regulaciones fiscales en todas las jurisdicciones.
• Coordinar y revisar los informes financieros para partes interesadas internas y organismos reguladores externos.
• Liderar, revisar y aprobar las conciliaciones contables.
• Preparar, certificar y firmar los estados financieros.
• Apoyar auditorías externas y procesos de control interno.
• Asesorar a la gerencia en planificación financiera y fiscal.
• Prevenir riesgos legales y financieros mediante una adecuada documentación e informes.
