Project Management Officer (PMO)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve project management processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with Thales’ internal standards and best practices.
• Actively monitor project performance through KPIs, providing insights and recommending adjustments to the Portfolio Manager when necessary to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Manager to prioritize projects, allocate resources efficiently, and analyze risks, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Establish and maintain quality standards across all projects, support audits by verifying compliance with established processes, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide training and ongoing development for project teams, equipping them with methodologies, management tools, and best practices needed for success.
• Collaborate with PMOs across regions and business units to share knowledge and ensure consistency with global project management standards.
