Your Impact

You will work as a consultant at McKinsey, leveraging your strong passion for digital work.

In a team typically composed of 3-5 consultants, you will shape and lead end-to-end digital transformations across business, technology, processes, and people, creating value by reinventing the core of our clients' businesses. This work includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations.

You will also have the opportunity to present results to client leadership and implement recommendations in collaboration with client teams.

You will receive exceptional training, as well as frequent coaching and mentorship from your team. This support includes an assigned partner to help guide your career, as well as formal training throughout your journey at McKinsey. Additionally, you will receive guidance and support from our partners and the professional development team in selecting client projects, helping you develop your skills and build your network.
