About the Role

What’s the mission you’ll drive

Spearhead the design and launch of a partner-based virtual logistics network to take full ownership of the post‑purchase experience, thereby boosting customer trust and driving repeat purchases through a reliable delivery and a seamless ‘Credit Guarantee’ process.

What you will do

• Develop and present a comprehensive strategic plan and product roadmap for the virtual model, securing full buy‑in from leadership and key partners to greenlight the pilot phase.
• Implement the end‑to‑end "Credit Guarantee" and returns product, ensuring valid customer claims are processed within 48 hours and achieving a customer satisfaction.
• Expand the virtual pilot to cover marketplace order volume, demonstrating the model’s scalability and positive impact on key operational metrics.
• Define and track cost‑per‑delivery metrics, achieving a reduction in average fulfillment cost for pilot merchants compared to the existing decentralized model.
