Strategy and Ops Manager

About The Role

Veho partners with a network of independent contractor drivers who complete last‑mile package deliveries to customers. The Driver Marketplace team ensures we have the right supply of independent contractor drivers to meet delivery demand—while constantly improving the driver experience, marketplace performance, and operational efficiency. Our team is data and insights‑driven, so you’ll need to be comfortable combining both qualitative and quantitative insights to make decisions.

The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. This opportunity is based in Bogotá, Colombia, and offers the chance to partner with Veho as we expand globally. This engagement will begin under a contractor arrangement.

What You’ll Do

• Support test design, rollout, and analysis of incentives and driver acquisition models
• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards that track marketplace health, driver supply, engagement, and performance
• Analyze trends in driver behavior, supply / demand imbalance, and route performance to inform decisions
• Automate manual workflows using SQL, GSheets, and lightweight tools to reduce operational burden
• Build scalable tracking frameworks to consolidate disparate data sources (e.g., feedback, sentiment, cohorts)
• Partner with senior team members to support weekly driver comms and live market‑clearing strategies – marketplace “on‑call” includes occasional weekend coverage
