Position : Senior Surveillance Controller

Location : On site, Bogota

Employment Type : Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee live operations to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Identify, report, and document any irregularities, suspicious activities, or operational problems promptly and accurately.
• Assist in investigations by collecting evidence, reviewing footage or data, and preparing comprehensive incident reports.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Risk, Compliance, and Operations to uphold business process integrity.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, especially when handling complex or sensitive situations.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance surveillance techniques, operational workflows, and training programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards in all tasks.
