We are seeking a Go High Level (GHL) CRM Sales & Implementation Specialist based in Medellín, Colombia, to support US clients in partnership with Solvo. This role combines technical CRM expertise with sales and client engagement, focusing on configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Go High Level systems for marketing and sales automation.
Responsibilities :
Conduct discovery and sales calls with US-based clients to identify business needs and present GHL solutions.
Configure and implement CRM systems — including pipelines, automations, calendars, and integrations.
Migrate data from legacy systems and optimize setups for lead generation and conversion.
Provide client onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support.
Collaborate with US teams to enhance processes and ensure top client satisfaction.
Requisitos
Proven hands-on experience with Go High Level CRM.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, marketing automation, and CRM best practices.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Experience working with US-based clients.
Familiarity with Zapier, Twilio, Stripe, or similar integrations is a plus.
Previous experience in agencies or SaaS environments is highly valued.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills : Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js. Experience with PostgreSQL and GraphQL. Solid understanding of frontend and backend development (50 / 50 balance expected). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Nice-to-Have Skills : Experience with React Native (without Expo) or Svelte. Familiarity with performance optimization and user experience best practices. Previous experience working in startups or agile environments.
