Billing & Analytics Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

The Billing & Analytics Specialist is a key member of the finance team responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing financial reports, including Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Accounts Receivable (A / R) reporting. This proactive, detail-oriented professional collaborates with leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting, streamline processes, and drive data-driven decision-making. Strong data analytics and dashboard creation skills are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with experience managing financial data in dynamic environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create, maintain, and enhance financial reports such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Accounts Receivable (A / R), and other key financial metrics.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate with managers to design and implement reporting frameworks and dashboards that support business objectives.

Coordinate and manage financial data reporting projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both English and Spanish to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment.

Monitor and address data integrity issues, ensuring consistency across all reporting outputs.

Develop and maintain documentation for financial reporting processes and projects.

Support the finance team in process improvements and automation initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills Required

Strong analytical and technical skills in financial data reporting and visualization.

Proven experience in creating, analyzing, and managing financial reports.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Familiarity with financial metrics, accounting principles, and financial reporting tools.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment.

Commitment to learning and applying new tools and methodologies to improve financial reporting processes.

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or LookerStudio) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Meet, Google Chat, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive, Google Forms).
• Experience working with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online).
• Experience with financial reporting tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience with project management tools and software (Monday.com, Jira).

Understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Litify).

Education Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.

At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or a similar role is required.

Experience in a finance, accounting, or project-based environment, preferably in legal, sales, or professional services sectors.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Computer Specifications :

Two screens / monitors.

USB Wireless headset or a USB wired Headset.

At least a 20 Mbps internet connection. It needs to be wired to minimize latency.
