Microsoft Americas Enterprise and Industries Finance team is looking for a Senior Finance Manager - Azure Customer Solution Area for MCSA (Mexico, Central and South America) with strong analytical and communication skills, business acumen and thought leadership to support and drive our financial rhythm and growth ambitions for the MCSA operating Unit ($1.5B+ revenue).

Microsoft Americas is the largest of 3 regions of Microsoft Commercial Business that covers the US, Canada and LATAM and generates over 50% of Worldwide (WW) revenue. The Microsoft LATAM-MCSA operating unit is multi-country operating unit that includes +30 countries and 3 subregions / ATUs.

Our organization supports shareholder value in 54 subsidiaries and 120 Sales Locations and carries the local accountability for the financial as well as statutory and compliance matters across all Microsoft commercial segments and products.

As Senior Finance Manager for Azure Customer Solution Area for MCSA, you will partner with the business and finance to make strategic decisions through educating, driving, and implementing financial thinking around revenue today and business models for the future. Finance plays an integral part in developing growth strategies along with providing clarity to the sales team to drive tactical and financial / strategic execution of Microsoft’s business priorities.
