We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead internal recruitment efforts across Southern Europe. In this role, you'll play a key part in attracting top talent and shaping the future of Robert Walters. Your Role : Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our offices in Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR teams, leadership, and external partners. Develop proactive sourcing strategies and create robust talent pipelines. Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and implementing effective sourcing plans. Screen, assess, and interview candidates while guiding hiring managers through the selection process. Represent the company at career fairs and local initiatives to enhance employer branding. What You Bring : Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in fast-paced environments. Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. A commercial mindset with strategic problem-solving abilities.
