The HRBP provides HR consultation and support for Epson's Colombia subsidiary. The adecuado candidate will have experience and uses knowledge of various human resources functions; including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations to provide tactical human resources support to managers and staff. Strong in a variety of HR concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Key responsibilities- Serve as an HR Business Partner to support the areas of recruiting, selection, compensation administration, employee engagement, employee relations, learning & development, legal compliance, metrics & reporting, performance management, and HR process improvement- Provide direction, counsel / coaching, and business analytics that enables leaders to make sound talent decisions and promote employee engagement and healthy / positive / productive employee relations- Build and maintain effective working relationships with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters- Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships and always demonstrate a commitment to exceptional employee support- Participate and / or lead projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function as assigned- Improve HR processes in support of the business to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness- Proven experience in implementing HR strategies on a virtual / distance mode.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative - has a track record of delivering on commitmentsQualifications : - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner preferable in a multinational Company with offices across Latin America- Legal / Compliance knowledge of Colombian Labour Laws.- Ability to influence, coach, and consult with all levels of the organization in a positive and effective manner- Adaptability, with the ability to successfully operate in a matrixed environment- Demonstrated experience coaching business leaders and facilitating organizational change- Advanced English level Sr. HR Business Partner Epson Latinoamérica Bogotá
