Data Governance Analyst – Supply Chain

At Lumitrio, we act as strategic partners in digital transformation, utilizing SAP solutions. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Governance Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. In this entry-level role, you will support data management and quality initiatives that ensure the accuracy and reliability of information across our systems. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and cross‑functional partners to maintain data standards, assist with data operations, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily data management activities within ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, JDE), including data entry, validation, and quality checks.
  • Assist with data accuracy reviews, error reporting, and resolution tracking.
  • Help document processes and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and data quality guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements through data verification and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for data governance or operational reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and proper data flow across systems.
  • Learn and apply data governance tools and frameworks under supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (required).

Experience & Skills

  • 0–2 years of professional experience (internships or academic projects in data, supply chain, or analytics preferred).
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP, JDE, or similar) and data quality concepts.
  • Bilingual in Portuguese and English (REQUIRED).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Interest in learning about data governance, supply chain processes, and business systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

    Data Governance Lead – Supply Chain

    We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Lead to support our supply chain operations through effective data management, governance, and quality processes. In this role, you will oversee critical data activities within large ERP platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and guide business partners in implementing best practices for data governance and operations.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and execute data operations and quality processes, including testing, error handling, data conversion / validation, and audit / compliance actions (NCs & CAPAs).
  • Act as the Data Governance Lead for a specific workstream or functional area, providing guidance on data operations and supporting project prioritization and change assessments.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of data design, monitoring, and remediation processes with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Implement and maintain tools, processes, and recommendations that enhance execution and efficiency.
  • Support departmental data management framework updates, including value capture and budget execution protocols.
  • Participate in, and sometimes lead, governance and operational meetings (end‑to‑end reviews, value capture, third‑party assessments).
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, protocols, and data quality catalogs.
  • Deliver training and education to partners on detailed data procedures and data flow requirements.
  • Support the deployment and execution of the Data Management Framework.
  • Qualifications

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university education (required).
  • Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years of professional business experience.
  • 4+ years of data management experience within large ERP platforms (SAP, JDE, Winshuttle, Data Quality tools).
  • Supply chain experience (master data, operations, or multi‑functional business environments).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain data elements, processes, and organizational support models.
  • Experience working across global and regional, cross‑sector / industry environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural, and matrix environment where priorities may shift quickly.

    Senior Analyst, Customer Data Management

    What You’ll Do

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Data Management

  • Ensure high data quality across all customer systems (CRM, ERP, data lake, etc.)
  • Lead data governance initiatives to maintain standardized and compliant customer data practices
  • Define and document business rules for customer data validation, matching, cleansing, and enrichment
  • Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business teams to align data architecture with business needs
  • Monitor and improve data flows across platforms to support omnichannel strategies
  • Create dashboards and reports to track data quality, completeness, and usability
  • Customer Base Management

  • Analyze customer base trends including acquisition, retention, churn, reactivation, and lifetime value
  • Lead segmentation efforts to identify opportunities for personalized engagement, cross‑sell, and upsell
  • Support the design and performance tracking of customer lifecycle campaigns and growth strategies
  • Build and maintain customer cohorts to support strategic decision‑making across marketing and sales
  • Provide insights on customer behavior and base performance to support commercial, product, and CX initiatives
  • Partner with finance and commercial teams to develop customer forecasts and growth models
  • What You’ll Need

    Knowledge & Experience

  • Fluent English – written, spoken is required
  • 4–6 years of experience in customer data management, CRM analytics, or marketing operations
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data warehouses, and data integration tools
  • Exposure to Python or R for data analysis is a plus
  • Certification in data governance or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) is advantageous
  • Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of data governance, master data management (MDM), and data quality best practices
  • Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
  • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and project management skills
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management, marketing automation, or customer journey analytics

    Data Analyst

    Fully Remote – work from anywhere

    We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help us transform data into insights that drive smarter decisions across customer health, product usage, and revenue growth. You’ll build automated dashboards, create analytical datasets, and work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to power a culture of data transparency and action.

    Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain automated dashboards tracking customer, product, and revenue performance.
  • Write advanced SQL queries and optimize datasets for self‑service reporting.
  • Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Validate data pipelines and ensure dashboard accuracy and reliability.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical insights.
  • Requirements

  • 4+ years of strong SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools (Retool, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase).
  • 3+ years hands‑on experience with ETL pipelines and data modeling.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics, retention analysis, and growth analytics.
  • Bonus : experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake).
  • Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and comfort working in agile environments (GitLab, ClickUp).

    Purpose

    Responsible for the accurate and timely execution of employee event data changes including reviewing, transacting or answering escalated inquiries on personal data change requests including hiring, onboarding, job changes, pay changes, employee separations, profile changes, in line with standard policies, procedures and service level agreements. This team will also answer escalated questions where appropriate.

    Accountabilities

    Champions a customer‑focused culture to leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

    Enters / processes employee and / or job data changes in HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle events.

  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity of employee records through established internal control mechanisms.
  • Responds to inquiries pertaining to specific employee lifecycle events by producing documents using available data and populating templates (e.g., severance letters and agreements, employment letter, etc.) and answering escalated issues from different stakeholders.
  • Runs regular daily / weekly reports to assess performance against standard procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
  • Seeks opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, and propose recommendations to Managers, Employee Lifecycle and Senior Managers, Employee Lifecycle.
  • Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day‑to‑day activities and decisions.
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations within his / her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day‑to‑day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML / ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML / ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

  • University degree in progress or completed technical studies or programs.
  • A minimum English level of B2 is required.
  • Strong computer application skills : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat is considered an asset.

  • Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities.
