The Process Excellence Senior Manager is a hands‑on leader responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, the role analyses existing workflows, identifies opportunities for enhancement and leads cross‑functional project teams to implement effective solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
