Excellent English communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly speaking voice Previous customer service experience, particularly with phone-based interactions Strong ability to work efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced call environments Exceptional attention to detail for accurate data entry and financial transaction processing Natural patience and empathy when working with elderly callers who may need additional time Proficiency with computer systems, data logging software, and multi-tasking between applications Ability to follow scripts while maintaining genuine, caring conversation tone Experience with payment processing or handling financial transactions strongly preferred Comfortable working during television program scheduling times with potential for multiple daily shifts
