Schedule : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm 1 hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Book appointments and schedule service calls efficiently.
Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, and urgency of requests.
Make outbound phone calls to confirm appointments, follow up with customers, and provide updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests.
Assist with general office and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in customer service, call center and scheduling / dispatch
Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using scheduling software, CRM systems, or similar tools (training provided).
Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (preference)
Requirements
