You will play a key role in evaluating acquisition opportunities, performing detailed financial modeling, and providing insights that drive strategic growth. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of potential M&A opportunities within the healthcare sector
• Develop and maintain complex financial models in Excel to support decision-making
• Perform due diligence, including analysis of financial statements, market trends, and operational performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, legal advisors, and external consultants during transaction processes
• Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Monitor post-acquisition performance and support integration planning and execution
• Stay current on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
