David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Portuguese speaking Uniform Administrator for their Gaming studio in Bogota, Colombia.

Position :  Uniform Administrator

Location : Bogota, Colombia

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee the distribution and allocation of uniforms, ensuring proper sizing and availability for all staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies or shortages.
• Inspect uniforms for quality, coordinating any necessary repairs or alterations.
• Collaborate with external suppliers, tailors, and internal departments to meet uniform requirements efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to uniform policies and maintain up-to-date records of employee uniform allocations and personal appearance standards.
• Utilize company systems and inventory software to track stock movement and update records in real time.
