Responsibilities
- Leads and supervises the Purchasing area of GBS Colombia, ensuring that business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed and complied with in accordance with current internal standards, policies and procedures.
- This position should seek to maximize cost efficiency and operational efficiency in the company / 's purchasing processes, leading a team of analysts who execute local procurement of products and services, as well as the selection and ongoing evaluation of suppliers.
- Directs, supervises, and negotiates the company / 's purchasing processes for goods and services, working closely with the GBS Dominican Republic team to standardize processes, share best practices, and seek efficiencies.
