Recruitment Manager
About the Role LatamCent is hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead and coach our team of high-performing recruiters. This role is focused on execution, accountability, and team development. You'll work closely with each recruiter to improve sourcing quality, client engagement, and speed to hire. This is a hands-on management role where you'll be setting the pace, providing real-time coaching, and ensuring strong performance across the board.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of 5+ recruiters focused on technical and business roles
- Coach recruiters on sourcing strategy, client communication, and closing tactics
- Review pipelines and performance metrics weekly to ensure consistent delivery
- Lead recruiter onboarding and upskilling initiatives
- Troubleshoot performance issues and implement improvement plans
- Serve as the main escalation point for recruiter-related challenges
- Partner with operations to improve processes, tools, and reporting
- Lead by example by occasionally running a search to model best practices
Requirements
4+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership roleProven track record managing high-volume and / or high-complexity hiring pipelinesStrong coaching mindset and ability to hold teams accountableExcellent understanding of sourcing, candidate evaluation, and client managementFluent in English (C1+), with clear written and verbal communicationBased in Latin America and available to work U.S. business hoursPreferred Qualifications
Experience hiring across tech, GTM, and G&A rolesFamiliarity with recruitment KPIs and tools like ATS platforms and NotionCompensation & Logistics
