CAPEX AND INVESTMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Lead business and financial analysis, evaluation, forecasting, and follow up of the Home Care Division strategic investment projects and CapEx across Home Care sites. This role ensures effective allocation of resources to support growth, capacity expansion and production efficiency aligning with company’s financial and strategic objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end capital expenditure process, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of the actual expenditure versus approved business opinion, forecasts and budget, including the presentations to senior management.
• Prepare investment approval requests including business opinions, financial models, cost-benefit analyses and ROI models working together with Chief Technology Officer and Key
