Overview
As a Sales Development Manager at Monday, your main mission will be to increase the occupancy of our 3 assets, strategically located in the Madrid area. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Successfully hunt and convert new services with a strong network of senior executive contacts in these organisations.
- Lead industry segment and top client strategy, business model validation (from … local flagship OEs).
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure a smooth pipeline and handoffs across stages of the sales cycle.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive utilisation and growth, including collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage relationships with high-potential clients virtually and face-to-face, contributing to merchant development and growth metrics.
Qualifications / What You Bring
Senior experience in business-to-business sales (ideally B2B2C) and a track record of closing complex deals.Ability to own accounts and roadmaps, solving challenging problems and delivering value to clients.Experience working with senior stakeholders within large organizations and a background in management or leadership roles on projects.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Additional Context
