We are seeking an Operations Manager to manage its high-end Video Production facility in Medellin, Colombia.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage, oversee, and lead a team of managers to ensure uninterrupted and smooth operation of the Live Streaming Studio.

2. Oversee that the technical team keeps and applies appropriate maintenance procedures for the equipment in the studio and maintain quick problem resolution and smooth 24 / 7 operation.

3. Responsible for directing work; authoring and discussing with managers performance appraisals; addressing performance plans and building corrective action plans.

4. SLA – Direct the team to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the production facilities, meeting the company’s SLA.

5. Ensure that the operation meets the company objectives and strives for new achievements.

6. Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable working environment.

7. Build operational SOPs; ensure the execution of workflows and operational processes of the live streaming studio.

8. Maintain continuous and organized communication with the local team managers and communicate periodically with clients and management.

9. Oversee company projects in the facility associated with the launch of new studios, managing their timeline, budget, and roadmap.

10. Ensure that quality and service standards are enforced; identify solutions and recommend system improvements.

11. Present periodic reports on the progress and prognosis of KPIs; escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements :

1. Education : Bachelor degree and above.

2. Essential experience in management of large teams (150 people and more).

3. Ability to manage live operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4. Deep understanding of the sense of urgency and commitment 24 / 7 operation requires.

5. Open-minded and quick resolution abilities.

6. Exceptional organizational skills; capacity to plan complex workflows.
