Descripción del trabajoInstall and oversee Sales, Marketing, Community, Coaching, and Operations leaders. Establish and run the company’s operating cadence to ensure visibility, alignment, and strategic oversight of execution. Conduct regular 1 : 1s with team members to support clarity, alignment, and team development while partnering with the Business Operations Lead to ensure tactical execution stays on track. Run leadership meetings, align on priorities, and drive execution. Hold leaders accountable to results, budgets, and deadlines. Scope, plan, and resource strategic initiatives. Delegate execution while maintaining accountability. Create buy‑in across the team and resolve blockers. Build trust, psychological safety, and cross‑functional collaboration. Coach and develop leaders and managers. Manage and resolve internal team conflicts. Manage KPIs and internal reporting. Assess organizational risks and make recommendations. Ensure financial discipline and margin awareness. Strategic and critical thinking High emotional intelligence and empathy Strong relationship management with CEO and team Effective delegation and accountability systems Bias toward action, ownership, and follow‑through to drive clarity and results High‑agency problem solving Excellent communication and facilitation skills to align teams and lead strategic conversations Deep understanding of cross‑functional business operations (sales, marketing, customer success) Data‑driven mindset with business and financial acumen Strategic initiatives executed on time, with > Leadership team accountable, engaged, and aligned; CEO freed from operational firefighting. Experience leading in a membership‑based, coaching, or digital business. Familiarity with EOS, OKRs, or other goal‑setting frameworks. History of scaling remote or distributed teams. Background in finance is a plus. Experience building performance dashboards (KPIs, Metrics), operating systems, and accountability frameworks

They manage strategic initiatives, track performance through KPIs, oversee project execution, and foster a high‑performance, trust‑based culture.
